It is essential to carry your original physical ID (DNI) or passport.
Can I present the Mosque tickets in digital format? +
Yes, of course. You can present them in any digital format as long as the QR code is legible.
Do children need tickets to access the Mosque and the Alcázar of Córdoba? +
Everyone needs tickets for entry, regardless of age. Without a ticket, access to the monument is not permitted.
Can I modify or cancel my tickets for the Mosque of Córdoba? +
Once the booking request has been made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process,
including the final step in which the withdrawal policy is accepted, you will not be able to change the name, date or time, nor cancel the tickets, and therefore you are not entitled to any refund.
There are no possible exceptions or reasons (COVID, illness, work reasons, trip cancellation, etc.), as published and defined by the refund and cancellation policy of the monument issued by the CABILDO CATEDRAL DE CÓRDOBA, C.I.F. R-1400063-B, C/ Magistral González Francés nº21; 14003 Córdoba, holder of the Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba: “Once the tickets have been purchased, no returns or exchanges will be accepted; the purchase is final.” Once the Purchase has been made, THERE IS NO RIGHT TO RETURN OR REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID, according to the public regulations of the monument, except in the following cases:
  • If a purchased service cannot be provided due to the monument’s closure, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be made automatically via the same payment method used to purchase the ticket.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? +
No, as stipulated in Law 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. As indicated in Article 103 regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
1) The provision of services related to leisure activities, where the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
Can you eat inside the Mosque? +
Eating is not allowed inside. There are designated areas within the complex for eating, resting or using the restroom.
Is there a cloakroom service at the Mosque of Córdoba? +
There are no cloakrooms.
Is the visit to the Mosque of Córdoba and the Alcázar cancelled in case of rain? +
No, the visit takes place regardless of weather conditions.
What happens if the Mosque or the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs is closed to the public? +
On exceptional occasions the monument may notify us at very short notice of its closure. In this case, we can reschedule you for another day or refund 100% of your money. The closure of the monument is rare.
